Senior Project Manager

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of complex engineering projects.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll take ownership of multiple projects from planning through to successful completion. You'll work closely with clients, engineers and internal stakeholders to manage project delivery, control budgets and resources, mitigate risks and ensure projects meet both client expectations and CULLY's high standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to play a key role in a growing Irish engineering business.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the delivery of multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion.

Manage project plans, budgets, schedules and resources.

Build strong relationships with clients, project teams and third-party suppliers.

Monitor project progress, risks and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Support the day-to-day coordination of field-based teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with governance and compliance requirements.

About You

You'll be an experienced project professional with a proven ability to deliver complex projects in a client-facing environment.

You'll bring:

Experience managing engineering, infrastructure or capital projects.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent project management qualification.
