What we are looking for forAn experienced Project Manager who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivery. This position is suited to someone who enjoys working in fast-moving transformation programmes and is comfortable driving change across multiple business functions.

Rather than simply managing timelines, you'll be responsible for maintaining momentum, influencing stakeholders, overcoming delivery challenges, and ensuring projects achieve measurable business outcomes. You'll have experience delivering Agile projects, leading digital transformation initiatives, and working closely with both technical and business teams.

A strong understanding of customer-focused products, continuous improvement, and commercial objectives is essential. The successful candidate will be confident operating in complex environments with competing priorities, demonstrating ownership, accountability and the ability to make informed decisions that keep programmes moving forward.

Experience working on AI-enabled initiatives or wider digital innovation programmes would be highly beneficial.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple business transformation initiatives from inception through to completion.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver improvements across customer experience, operational efficiency and digital capabilities.
• Drive Agile delivery practices while ensuring projects remain aligned to business objectives and commercial outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing direction, managing expectations and influencing decision-making where required.
• Identify delivery risks, remove obstacles and proactively resolve issues before they impact project timelines.
• Champion continuous improvement by introducing more efficient processes and ways of working.
• Maintain project momentum within a fast-paced environment, ensuring delivery deadlines are achieved.
• Take ownership of programme success while balancing business priorities and customer requirements.

• Previous experience within insurance, financial services or other customer-centric organisations.
• Exposure to large-scale digital transformation programmes involving customer journey optimisation.
• Experience delivering projects involving automation, AI technologies or modern digital platforms.
