Scrum Master

We are currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our client's team, supporting a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant digital transformation programme, enabling Agile delivery and supporting teams to consistently deliver business value.

As Scrum Master, you will act as a facilitator, coach, and servant leader, ensuring Scrum principles are effectively embedded across the team while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
• Support the development of high-performing, self-organising, cross-functional teams.
• Identify and remove impediments to delivery while managing risks and dependencies.
• Partner closely with the Product Owner to support backlog refinement, prioritisation, and sprint readiness.
• Collaborate with delivery, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Promote transparency through Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assess and support the ongoing development of Scrum maturity across the team.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments.

Strong knowledge of the Scrum framework, Agile principles, and sprint delivery practices.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience removing delivery impediments and enabling teams to consistently achieve sprint goals.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.A collaborative, proactive approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Desirable ExperienceCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.

Experience using Azure DevOps and/or Jira.

Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.

Experience working across multiple Agile teams or within large-scale transformation programmes.
