With a strong pipeline of hyperscale developments secured across Dublin, the business continues to expand its project delivery team and is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support the successful delivery of flagship Data Centre projects.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of the electrical delivery on major hyperscale Data Centre projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

Working alongside senior project leadership, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage specialist subcontractors and ensure electrical works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

This role offers the opportunity to join one of Europe's leading mission-critical contractors, with clear progression into Senior Project Manager and Project Director positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of all electrical packages on major Data Centre projects.
• Manage electrical subcontractors, suppliers and site teams throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover activities.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and programme challenges.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Work closely with the CSA and Mechanical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Support commercial performance, forecasting and project reporting.
• Drive commissioning readiness and successful project completion.
• Required Experience & Background
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong background delivering Data Centre, Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or other complex MEP projects.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical building services installation and commissioning.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing large subcontract packages and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Preferred Qualifications &

Skills

• Degree or trade qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• Strong understanding of project planning, commissioning and quality management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Previous experience delivering hyperscale Data Centre projects is highly desirable.
