With a substantial pipeline of hyperscale projects secured across Ireland and mainland Europe, the business continues to grow its project delivery team and is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the successful delivery of flagship developments based in Dublin.

The Opportunity

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join one of the market leaders in the mission-critical sector, taking ownership of complex Data Centre projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams, build strong client relationships and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. The business offers genuine long-term career progression within a growing European operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of major Data Centre projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring safe and efficient project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Oversee programme, commercial performance, quality and project delivery.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate design, procurement and construction activities across all project phases.
• Provide regular progress reporting to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and Site Management teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery.
• Required Experience & Background
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Strong background within Data Centres, Mission Critical, Life Sciences, Industrial or other complex building projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams on high-value developments.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of programme management, commercial performance and project delivery.
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Preferred Qualifications &

Skills

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered status or relevant professional accreditation is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within a Tier 1 contractor or engineering-led contractor is highly desirable.
