Our Data Science & Analytics team is growing quickly and plays a key role in helping Musgrave make better, faster and more data-driven decisions. We are looking for a passionate and delivery-focused Scrum Master to support the team in embedding Agile ways of working, improving delivery predictability and ensuring high-quality analytics and data science products are delivered at pace.

The role will also include delivery coordination, helping to coordinate plans, track progress, manage dependencies and provide clear delivery updates to stakeholders.

This role can be based in Cork or DublinWhat you`ll be doingAgile Leadership: Coach and guide the Data Science & Analytics team on Agile and Scrum practices, helping the team work effectively, collaborate well and continuously improve delivery performance.

Agile Delivery: Shape and manage the team’s end-to-end delivery approach, including sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, demand management, work allocation and delivery tracking.

Ceremony Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos and retrospectives, ensuring clear actions and continuous momentum.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key link between business stakeholders and the Data Science & Analytics team, supporting clear communication on priorities, requirements, dependencies, timelines and delivery expectations.

Delivery Coordination: Support planning, coordination and tracking of key analytics and data science initiatives, including timelines, milestones, actions, dependencies and delivery status.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, team effectiveness, Agile maturity and ways of working across analytics and data science initiatives.

Team Enablement: Support a collaborative, empowered and self-organising team culture, helping remove blockers and enabling the team to focus on delivering measurable business value.

Risk and Dependency Management: Proactively identify, manage and escalate risks, dependencies and impediments that may impact delivery progress or team performanceWhat we`re looking for3–5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Project Coordinator, Project Manager or similar delivery-focused role.

Experience working with software development, data analytics, data science, BI or digital product teams would be an advantage.A third-level qualification in Computer Science, Analytics, IT, Business, Project Management or a related discipline would be an advantage.

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Kanban boards or similar platforms.

Experience supporting project planning, status reporting, action tracking, dependency management or RAID management would be beneficial.

Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate priorities into clear actions.

Strong problem-solving, organisation and planning skills, with a proactive approach to removing blockers and improving delivery outcomes.
