This is a fast-paced, collaborative team where you’ll take ownership of key elements of our marketing program across retail and business banking. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping, delivering and optimising campaigns that truly connect with our customers.

What You’ll DoReporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll partner with internal teams and external agencies to:

• Bring integrated marketing campaigns to life from planning through to execution and performance analysis
• Own and deliver marketing communications for key customer initiatives and strategic projects
• Drive digital and social media activity to engage targeted customer segments
• Use data and insights to measure effectiveness, optimise performance, and continuously improve outcomes

You’ll also bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or similar8+ years of brand and/or marketing generalist experience, with financial services experience preferable
• Proven ability to support delivery of business strategy while remaining agile to respond to a dynamic environment
• Proven success in managing multiple integrated campaigns from concept to execution through above-the-line, below-the-line and digital channels
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques (search, display, social, mobile, video)
• Experience in managing marketing agency partners and working effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability in managing resources and budgets to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
• Proven people management and leadership experience and ability to support and drive a performance culture
• Strong ability to review creative executions including copy and messaging assessment
• Excellent oral presentation and written communications skills
