We’re an award-winning, energetic team and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager with strong experience managing a social function, digital marketing execution and general marketing initiatives. You’ll thrive in fast-paced environments, be an expert in digital marketing and have an attuned eye for detail. We’re looking for a self starter that can work autonomously and manage a small team of direct reports.

This is a maternity leave cover position (10 months) with strong potential to extend into a permanent role for the right candidate.

About the Role

• You’ll lead and deliver marketing campaigns for a portfolio of food, hospitality and health brands.
• This role blends strategy, account leadership and hands-on execution and requires someone who can manage complex projects end-to-end.
• What You’ll DoLead day-to-day management of client accounts across integrated marketing programs Manage the social media team of 2 x direct reports
• Build & maintain strong client relationships
• Manage client budgets, timelines, reporting and project delivery Plan and deliver events, masterclasses, brand activations
• General marketing services including WhatsApp channels, website updates, and eDMsLead photoshoots & content production

About You

• To be successful in this role you will:4+ years experience in digital marketing or communications (agency experience ideal) Be highly organised and be able to balance a number of activities simultaneously between clients
• Competence in setting up and running Meta Ads Experience in reviewing and editing social media content
• Strong account management experience
• Strong attention to detail An eye for trends and social media content Experience delivering events, activations, partnerships Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A passion for food, hospitality, chefs and dining Ecommerce experience highly regarded
