About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and elevate the Coco Republic brand across all channels. In this pivotal role, you will drive the strategy, execution, and continual evolution of our marketing presence ensuring every touchpoint reflects the luxury, craftsmanship, and innovation our brand is known for.

From brand storytelling and digital campaigns to PR and high-impact events, you’ll oversee end-to-end marketing activity while collaborating closely with product, merchandising, digital, CX, and showroom teams. This is a rare opportunity to take an iconic brand and make it truly unmissable.

What You’ll DoOwn full-funnel marketing execution across brand, digital, content, campaigns, PR, and events.

Plan and deliver go-to-market initiatives for new collections, seasonal launches, and key brand moments.

Lead and mentor our graphic designers to create exceptional campaign assets across every customer channel.

Oversee all content marketing including organic social, eDMs, POS, catalogues, journal content, and paid digital.

Ensure brand consistency, clarity, and commercial relevance across all communication touchpoints.

Partner with Product, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Digital, CX, and Showrooms to align marketing strategy with business performance.

Manage external agencies and creative partners to drive high-impact brand and trade activations.

Leverage data, insights, and market trends to refine messaging, targeting, and channel strategy.

Drive showroom traffic, online engagement, and design service lead generation with measurable outcomes.

Coach, support, and develop a direct report - fostering creativity, accountability, and excellence.

Who You Are

8+ years’ marketing experience within consumer brands, retail, or lifestyle industries.
Proven ability to lead brand and campaign strategy from concept through execution.
Experience working with luxury or premium brands and understanding luxury positioning.
Strong competency across digital and social media, CRM, and performance marketing.A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and leadership presence.
Meticulous project manager with exceptional attention to detail.A creative, hands-on problem solver with commercial focus and measurable results.
Passionate about design, interiors, and creating meaningful brand moments.
