Recruitment Coordinator

Duration-Till nov 2026-hybridRecruitment Co-coordinator provides support to the recruitment function and will usually work across HR/recruitment administration. Key Responsibilities can include coordinate and arrange telephone and face to face interviews liaising with the candidates, recruitment agencies, the HR Manager and the hiring managers. Advertising / uploading vacancies on job boards as required.

Contacting and maintaining relationships with candidates as they progress through the selection process. Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and key contacts Managing the temporary and contractor renewals and extensions, monitoring lengths of assignments. Updating recruitment data, creating induction packs and supporting with inductions as required.
