YOUR IMPACT

• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping EFOR's international growth.
• You'll work hand in hand with our directors and hiring managers in Ireland and provide occasionally support to the teams across Europe, acting as a trusted recruitment partner while delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for the Irish business, while supporting occasionally international hiring initiatives across Europe.
• Partner closely with our directors and hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.🔎 Identify & Engage Top Talent
• Proactively source and headhunt high-caliber professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and market mapping.
• Conduct in-depth competency-based interviews to assess technical expertise, motivation and cultural fit.
• Present and advise hiring managers on the best talent available in the market.👤

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or relevant professional experience.
• Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or within a recruitment consultancy.
• Previous experience recruiting technical, engineering or Life Sciences profiles is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing and headhunting, particularly through LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent organisational skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
