What You'll Be Doing

This is a sales role first and foremost.

You'll spend much of your day speaking with business owners, hiring managers, and decision-makers, introducing our recruitment services and building long-term relationships. You'll negotiate terms, uncover hiring challenges, and help clients understand what the current market looks like.

This isn't about telling clients what they want to hear. The best recruiters are trusted advisors, not people-pleasers. Sometimes that means challenging unrealistic expectations around salaries, talent availability, or hiring processes. Sometimes it means being honest and saying, "We're not the right agency to help with this."This isn't a role for someone looking for an easy ride.
