You'll join a high-performing, collaborative team with established client relationships, a strong candidate network and consistent job flow.

Working across a range of finance appointments, you'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with finance professionals and key decision-makers while developing your expertise in a proven and resilient market.

What can I expect day to day?

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the freedom to operate with autonomy, supported by experienced leadership and a collaborative team environment.

Your responsibilities will include

• Managing a 360 recruitment desk focused on Finance appointments
• Building and developing relationships with finance professionals and senior business leaders
• Delivering consultative recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates
• Developing and executing effective business development plan'sManaging the full end-to-end recruitment process
• Building market intelligence and positioning yourself as a specialist within the finance market
• Expanding existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
• Contributing to wider team initiatives and sharing best practice across the business
• What you'll need to succeed
• A proven track record within agency recruitment
• Finance recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
• Strong business development and relationship-building capability
• A consultative, advisory approach with clients and candidates
• Commercially minded, ambitious and highly motivated
• The credibility and confidence to engage with senior stakeholders
• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative mindset and a desire to build a long-term career
