We’re looking for an experienced recruiter (or someone ready to step into leadership) to join our high-performing Life Sciences team in Ireland. This role focuses on contract recruitment across CQV, CSV, Automation, MES, Manufacturing & Operations within leading Pharma, Biopharma and MedTech organisations.
Ireland continues to be a global hub for Life Sciences, with strong investment across manufacturing, biologics, and advanced technologies. With high demand for engineering and technical contractors, this is a great opportunity to build and scale a successful desk in a growing market.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll develop relationships across the Life Sciences manufacturing space, working closely with clients and building a strong contractor network. Alongside this, you’ll drive business growth, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and position yourself as a market expert. There is also scope to take on leadership responsibilities and support team development.
