The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead our operations and deliver outstanding project outcomes across our QLD profile. This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing project delivery, developing high-performing teams, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across the state.

Working closely with the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic direction, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainable growth.

Your Impact

• As Regal Operations Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of projects across QLD by driving operational excellence, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, developing high-performing teams, championing safety and quality, and supporting strategic business growth while ensuring commercial and project outcomes are achieved.
• Your every day
• Lead state operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate multiple construction sites and site staff across QLD aiming to streamline the logistics of civil construction and landscaping tasks.
• Drive operational excellence by coordinating resources, improving processes, managing project performance, and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate and report to Senior Management to deliver strategic growth initiatives and represent the business at key project, tender, HSEQ, industry, and networking events.
• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Support business growth by preparing tenders and proposals and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, revenue, profitability, and cost management
• Provide regular operational reporting and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
