• What will you be responsible for?

This role sits within the foundU Sales team and reports directly to the Sales Director. Here's what your days will look like:

• Build and own a high-impact pipeline - proactively hunting, qualifying, and advancing new business opportunities across the SME market
• Deliver compelling platform demos and tailored presentations that speak directly to each prospect's pain points
• Self-generate a meaningful portion of your own leads - this is a hunter role, not an order-taker gig
• Craft sharp proposals, pricing models, and contracts that are commercially sound and customer-focused
• Represent found
• U at industry events, webinars, and trade shows - building your network and elevating our brand
• Feed insights and market intelligence back to the team, helping shape go-to-market strategy across found
• U and the wider Citation Group
• Who we’re looking for
• You're the kind of person who doesn't wait to be told what to do - you see a gap in the market and go after it. Beyond that, here's what will set you up for success:5-10 years' BDM experience; we'll consider 3+ years for candidates coming from payroll or HR tech
• Background in SaaS or tech sales is a must - payroll or HR tech experience is a bonusSalesforce proficiency is essential; HubSpot experience is a nice-to-have
• A proven hunter mentality - you're self-sufficient, target-driven, and thrive on new business
• Consultative seller who digs deep, earns trust, and positions the right solution for each client
• Comfortable engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers to close complex deals
