Marketing Manager

BE Campbell is embarking on an exciting new chapter of growth and transformation. As a leader in the Australian food industry, we are investing in our branded offering, innovation capability, and customer engagement - and we’re looking for a high-performing, hands-on Marketing Manager to help drive this journey.

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of developing and delivering impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen our market position, support sales growth, and elevate our brand and products across multiple channels.

You will be equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up your sleeves - working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners, this role would play a critical link between innovation, customer & category insight, and sales execution.

What you’ll be doing: You’ll be the driving force behind how we position ourselves and our products in the market, translating insight into action and delivering campaigns that make a measurable difference.

Key tasks of this role include:

• Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned to business growth priorities
• Drive brand positioning and storytelling across key product categories
• Translate market, category, and consumer insights into actionable campaigns
• Partner closely with Sales and Innovation to support tenders, launches, and customer engagement
• Lead content, communications, and campaign performance optimisation
• Manage agencies and one direct report to develop a high-performing marketing function

About you

You’re a commercially minded marketing professional who drives growth and thrives on making an impact. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, communicate with confidence, and use data and insights to deliver results in fast-paced environments.
