D365 CRM Data Analyst - Hybrid 1 day per fortnight in office - 12 Month Contract$850 - $950pd inclusive of superSydneyI am exclusively partnered with a leading NFP organisation who are looking for a D365 CRM Data Analyst to start immediately on an initial 12 month contract with high possibility of extension.

You will be designing unified customer views and clearly defining and aligning data across Snowflake, D365 CRM over the next 12 months.

Looking for someone to start immediately, interviews will be two stages and begin next week with the end client

What You Will Be Doing

• Designing the unified customer view
• Establishing identity resolution and first-party identifier strategy
• Aligning data across Snowflake, D365 CRM, and CDPDefine data consistently across systems
• Align data to business concepts and usage
• Structure data for reuse across a broad range of downstream applications

What You Bring

• Experience with customer data platforms (e.g. Customer Insights, Segment, Tealium)
• Advanced SQL Query experience
• Cross-system data modelling
• Identity resolution / master data management
• Strong understanding of CRM data structures (accounts, contacts, leads)
• Data warehousing understanding (Snowflake preferred)
• Able to design scalable, structured data models, reconcile multiple definitions of the same data point, align technical data with business meaning
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to explain complex data concepts in simple terms
