• Managing the full recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement with our partner clients
• Developing expertise within your market and becoming a trusted advisor and expert

Compensation

• Base + Uncapped Commission + Additional Bonus
• Average OTE: Year 1 - €48,000+, Year 2 - €73,000+, Year 3 - €102,000+Who This Suits2+ years of commercial experience (e.g. Assistant Operations Manager, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Coordinator, Operations Manager, General Manager or similar roles)
