Position Overview

This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Team and Business leaders to help them ensure they have the best talent to deliver business goalsYou will be required to utilise a variety of well-established recruitment techniques and tools to find new TELUS Digital team members to help our company grow and continue to provide award-winning solutions for our customersSo, what are we looking for in you?

Responsibilities

• Deliver against headcount plan on time and on budget, managing workload across the team
• Alongside your manager, review processes to identify and implement best practice sharing and communication.
• Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent, focusing on pipeline development for key positions.
• Consistently track and measure results against needs and goals and make course correction when needed.
• Proactively gather market intelligence and share with internal teams and hiring managers.
• Own the candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process, in line with TELUS Digital’s goal to deliver Beautiful Customer Experience at all stages of the recruitment cycle
• Drive consistent review of recruiting metrics and make data driven decisions which move the organization toward further efficiency
• Working with the Global TA team to ensure compliance across the team, including data integrity, SLAs, KPIs and use of ATS

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 year’s recruitment experience
• Experience in delivering recruitment results in organizations with rapid and complex change management.
• The ability to create world-class standards with recruitment processes and tools with a passion for talent development.
• Significant experience in-house or agency as a hands on recruiter in a fast moving, hands-on environment
• Able to balance strategy with strong operational skills - able to understand, deconstruct, streamline and optimise complex, large-scale business processes
• Bilingual English is essential, a further language is always helpful
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A good knowledge of the technology and call center industry
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline
