Administrative Assistant

Job Requirements

• The Administrative Assistant will serve as our “First Impression” for the organization, providing concierge-level customer service and support to clients, guests, and employees.
• This position will effectively manage phones, mail, Reception and Conference Rooms, and coordinate the daily activities of our corporate Innovation Center.
• We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the organization while taking on expanding responsibilities.
• This role also involves preparing performance reports, assisting project managers with contract and billing tasks, managing office operations, and ensuring accurate federal contract revenue reporting.

Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $19.11-$26.28 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.

Work ExperienceBachelor's Degree preferred .Minimum of three (3) years of Reception / Administrative experience.

Tech Savvy with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Experience using Concur, Adobe, and Microsoft Suite (or a similar software's) preferred.

Strong organizational skills, exactness, and ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Oversee office supply inventory and ordering.

Resourceful, works well independently and as a collaborator, takes initiative and ownership in daily tasks.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
