HR/ADMIN ASSISTANT

-HR Professional, immediately require in Dubai for an esteemed organization to perform challenging roles in HR & Admin functions.

Applicant should meet the following Requirements: -

• Graduate in Human Resource/ Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years’ UAE experience in HR
• Excellent administrative skills and general office practices and procedures (File management, updating data, scanning, attending telephone calls, handling reception etc..)
• Excellent Time management and Well organized
• MS office: Should be exceptionally in MS Office:
• Excel: advanced knowledge in Excel
• Word: advanced Knowledge in Word
• PowerPoint: advanced knowledge in PowerPoint.
• Outlook: advanced knowledge in outlook application.
• Experienced in all the process of Recruitment and HR functions.
• Medical Insurance & Company Insurances : should have excellent knowledge and ability to practice.
• Excellent professional communication skills in English

-To have a knowledge about the Human Resource Labor Law for UAE
