Human Resources Officer

We are looking for an HR Officer to join our HR Officer team in Dubai.

This role will play a key part in shaping the employee journey, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through to offboarding while maintaining excellence, accuracy, and efficiency across people processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Support the end-to-end offboarding process, including employee exits and related documentation.
• Ensure employee records and HR systems are maintained accurately and confidentially.
• Prepare HR documentation and support employee lifecycle activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a positive and engaging employee experience.
• Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations activities, including disciplinary and performance management processes, ensuring consistency and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
• Support People Experience initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement across people processes.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience within Human Resources, People Experience, Employee Relations, or HR Operations.

Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, particularly onboarding and offboarding.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience within hospitality or multi-site operations is advantageous.
