We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Specialist for our UAE office based in Jebel Ali. Reporting into our HR Manager, you will play a key role in driving core HR processes, supporting talent and organizational initiatives, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring the effective delivery of HR programs across the region.

How Would You Make An ImpactManage the recruitment process for frontline positions, including interview scheduling, candidate shortlisting, and coordination.

Liaise with PROs for timely processing of visas and work permits.

Ensure accurate updating and maintenance of employee information in the HR information system.

Address disciplinary matters as needed, ensuring policies are applied fairly and consistently.

Handle all aspects of the employee exit process, including resignations and terminations.

Oversee the planning and execution of the annual employee satisfaction survey.

Administer company life and health insurance programs, collaborating with brokers and service providers for optimal coverage.

Plan and manage the yearly calendar of employee engagement initiatives and events.

Oversee employee housing and depot office standards to ensure alignment with Arla’s policies and quality expectations.

Facilitate and conduct training sessions on various HR-related topics to enhance employee knowledge and development.

What Will Make You SuccessfulBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.

Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Experience with HR operations, including payroll inputs, leave administration, employee records, and insurance processes.

Strong interpersonal and employee relations skills, with the ability to build trust and resolve workplace issues.

Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of HR systems and HR reporting, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage.A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to take ownership, drive results, and contribute innovative ideas.

Valid UAE driving license.
