Following the continued success of our Bray office we are now opening a new office in Dublin 2, creating an exciting opportunity for a high-performing recruiter to join the team as a Principal Recruitment Consultant.

The Opportunity

Working directly with some of Ireland’s top billing recruiters, you will take ownership of a specialist technology market and play a key role in expanding Fruition’s presence within the Irish technology recruitment sector.

This role is designed for an experienced recruiter who enjoys developing long-term client partnerships and building strong candidate networks within a defined market. You will focus on delivering high-value recruitment solutions across both permanent and contract roles while continuing to grow your own commercial impact.

Our consultants work within clearly defined technology specialisms and are supported by the most modern recruitment infrastructure and tooling. We focus on quality recruitment and long-term client relationships rather than activity-based KPIs, giving experienced recruiters the autonomy to build meaningful markets.

As a senior member of the team you will also support the development of consultants, sharing best practice and helping to shape the growth of the Dublin office.

• What You’ll Be Doing
• Owning and developing a specialist recruitment market within the technology sector
• Building strategic relationships with hiring managers and technology leaders
• Delivering recruitment solutions across both contract and permanent roles
• Developing existing accounts into long-term client partnerships
• Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
• Building a strong personal brand within the technology recruitment market
• Supporting and mentoring developing consultants within the team
• What We’re Looking For
• Proven recruitment experience with a strong billing track record
• Ability to develop long-term client relationships and grow accounts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and negotiation ability
• A proactive and results-driven mindset
