Senior Associate, Finance Reporting & Tax (Max $5.5K)

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle general ledger (GL) postings

2. Handle monthly GST reconciliation and preparation of quarterly GST return

3. Handle monthly WHT reconciliation and submission

4. Liaise with external tax agent in preparation of annual Transfer Pricing documentation

5. Liaise with external tax agent in preparation of annual corporate tax compliance

6. Handle queries from IRAS in relation to taxations (GST, WHT, Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax)

7. Liaise with external tax agent to prepare Post ACAP Review (PAR)

8. Partnering business to give insight and impact assessment with regards to tax implications

9. Keep abreast with the latest taxation rules, including BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two

10. Assist in project and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, ie. Excel, Words and Powerpoint
• Good knowledge of Singapore Tax rules
• Any form of tax accreditation is preferable
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experiences in the financial (capital market) industry is preferable
• Degree in Accountancy or Banking & Finance
• Team player
• Good attitude towards challenges
• Independentand pro-active
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good ability to connect the dots
