Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our expanding team in Monaghan.

The Opportunity

As Project Manager, you'll oversee residential retrofit projects from the first homeowner consultation through to final completion. You'll lead project planning, coordinate skilled teams, manage quality and safety, and ensure every homeowner enjoys an exceptional experience throughout their retrofit journey.

No two days are the same. You'll be working with homeowners, subcontractors, designers, BER assessors and internal teams to deliver projects that improve energy performance while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead residential retrofit projects from survey through to successful completion.

Carry out initial house surveys and prepare project variations where required.

Develop project programmes and coordinate labour, subcontractors and materials.

Be the main point of contact for homeowners, providing clear communication and exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the project.

Coordinate with design teams, BER assessors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and compliance.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Maintain accurate project documentation, reports and compliance records.

Monitor project costs and provide regular progress updates to management.

Promote a culture of quality, teamwork and continuous improvement across every project.

What You'll Bring

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
Minimum of five years' experience managing residential construction, retrofit or energy upgrade projects.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, building science and sustainable building methods.
Understanding of Irish Building Regulations and current construction technologies.
Experience working with homeowners and multiple project stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Full clean driving licence.
Desirable Experience
Experience working with SEAI-funded retrofit programmes.
Knowledge of BER assessments, grant schemes and Ireland's residential energy upgrade framework.
