Counter Sales Advisor Cum Coordinator

As a Counter Sales Advisor Cum Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our sales operations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a positive and efficient sales experience. You will also coordinate and manage various sales-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Liaising between various internal departments in the company, working closely with Sales, Logistics, Product, Marketing and Accounts Team to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintaining customer's sales and stocks report.
• Sending/Preparing monthly sales report of the customer.
• Providing customers with quotations, order forms with stock availability and raising Proforma Sales invoices.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned to you.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales and coordination role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling sales transactions.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with basic sales principles and techniques is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are desirable.
