This role reports to the CTO of the Avant Business Solutions division, which comprises several businesses providing products and services to the healthcare community (SaaS and Legal industry).
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of innovative projects and programs ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, lead agile practices, manage stakeholder relationships, and report on progress to leadership.A defining focus of this role is AI, you'll embed AI-assisted development practices across the team, deliver AI-enabled capabilities that streamline internal business processes, and champion the responsible use of AI within a healthcare environment where privacy and data security matter deeply.
This role is ideally suited to a technically strong .NET professional who has successfully transitioned from hands-on software development into project delivery and team leadership, bringing the ability to bridge technical expertise with strategic execution, stakeholder engagement, and high-performing team management.
