IT Support Manager Permanent - Excellent Salary + Benefits Dublin, On-Site My client, a technology and services company, is on the lookout for an IT Support Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in Dublin

The Job

Lead, mentor, and develop an IT support team, providing technical guidance, managing escalations, and driving high service standards across multiple office locations.

Take ownership of the organisation's corporate applications and workplace technology environment, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and effectively support business operations.

Administer Microsoft 365 and identity management platforms, including user accounts, permissions, tenant configuration, and joiner, mover, and leaver processes.

Manage endpoint technologies, workplace devices, security tooling, and business-critical SaaS applications.

Own and continuously improve IT service management processes, including ticket queues, SLAs, reporting, documentation, and knowledge management.

Coordinate major incidents, working with internal teams and third-party vendors to drive timely resolution, root cause analysis, and service improvements.

Support operational security, compliance, and audit readiness by maintaining security controls, documentation, and evidence within a regulated environment.

Build strong relationships with technology vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of reliable and efficient IT services.

Have you:A minimum of 3 years' experience leading or managing an IT Support or Service Desk team, including people management responsibilities.

Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and identity management platforms such as Entra ID.Experience managing user access lifecycle processes, including joiners, movers, and leavers.

Hands-on experience with endpoint management, MDM solutions, and EDR/MDR toolingExperience administering an ITSM platform (such as Jira Service Management or similar), including workflow management, SLAs, dashboards, and reporting.

Experience coordinating technical incidents across multiple teams and vendors, including driving root cause analysis and service improvements.

Experience working within ISO 27001 or similar compliance frameworks, maintaining security controls and supporting internal or external audits.

Exposure to multi-site or multi-country IT environments.

Experience supporting cloud security technologies, workplace collaboration tools, VoIP platforms, or managed security services.

Strong vendor management, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
