End User Computing Lead

Cpl are partnering exclusively with a leading international organisation to appoint an End User Computing Lead in Dublin. This is a senior digital workplace position with responsibility for ensuring employees across a global business have secure, reliable and effective technology to do their jobs.

You will manage a small EUC support team and take ownership of the Microsoft 365 environment, endpoint estate and user-facing IT services. It is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who combines strong Microsoft technical knowledge with a practical, service-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small EUC team, ensuring a high standard of day-to-day IT support and project delivery.
• Take ownership of the digital workplace environment, including Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows devices and collaboration tools.
• Act as the senior technical contact for complex user, endpoint and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Manage the full lifecycle of laptops, mobile devices and endpoint services, from deployment through to patching, compliance and replacement.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 licensing, administration and platform performance.
• Work with Infrastructure and Security colleagues to improve identity, device security, data protection and user experience.
• Support and contribute to workplace technology projects, including migrations, platform improvements and process automation.
• Ensure incidents, changes and service requests are managed effectively, including involvement in major incident resolution where required.
• Develop practical standards, documentation and continuous-improvement initiatives across EUC services.

Requirements

• 5+ Years experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in End User Computing, Digital Workplace, IT Infrastructure Support or a similar Microsoft-focused environment.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring or coordinating a technical support team.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and endpoint management, particularly Intune and Windows devices.
• Good understanding of identity, access and device security, including Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Experience working within structured IT service-management processes.
• Comfortable using PowerShell or similar automation tools.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills, with a focus on delivering a positive user experience.
• Minimum stamp 1G Spousal/Stamp 4 and be based within a commutable distance to Dublin
• On offer€88,000–€105,000 base salary dependent on experience Performance-related bonus
• Annual salary reviews each January
