Office Administrator / Client Coordinator - Maintenance Company

Keep Well Building Maintenance looks after homes in Dubai: AC, plumbing, electrical, the things that go wrong on a Friday night. We are new, and we are hiring the person who will be the voice of the company.

Most of our clients will never meet a founder. They will speak to you. When their AC fails at 11pm, you are who they message. That is the job, and it is the reason we would rather pay properly for someone who has done it before than train someone who has not.

WHAT THE JOB IS

Answering the phone and the WhatsApp. Understanding what the client actually needs when they say "there is water under the sink." Booking the technician, chasing the visit, following up afterwards. Raising quotes and invoices in Zoho. Calling members before their annual maintenance contract renews. Keeping the paperwork straight so nothing falls through.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Experience in maintenance, facilities management, contracting, or property. This is the part we will not compromise on. You need to know what an AMC is, what a call-out is, and roughly what a technician can and cannot fix in one visit, without asking us every time.

Strong, confident English. You will be speaking to villa owners across Dubai. You need to sound like the company they want in their home.

Urdu or Hindi as well, so you can speak to the technicians in the language they think in. Arabic is a genuine advantage and we will pay for it.

Comfortable on WhatsApp Business. Most of our business runs through it.

Zoho experience is a bonus. We already run Zoho Books, so it saves you a month of learning.

2 years or more in the UAE preferred.

WHAT WE OFFER

AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month, depending on what you bring. Visa and health insurance if you need sponsorship. Office in Dubai Investment Park First. A company small enough that you will not be a spare pair of hands. You will build how this runs.
