Personal Assistant to UBO/CEO

Key Responsibilities

• Manage UBO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
• Handle email communication and business correspondence
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
• Assist with business and personal/lifestyle management tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities
• Support UBO during travel (if required)
• Ensure smooth coordination across schedules

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
• Experience in family offices, luxury hospitality, or lifestyle management preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent English communication skills
• Flexibility to travel when required
