Invoice Admission & Registration Assistant Specialist

We are looking for an “Invoice Admission & Registration Assistant Specialist” to be assigned to our “Financial Affairs Department” located in “Dubai, UAE.”WHAT DO WE EXPECT?Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar departments of a reputable university, Master degree in related departments is a plus.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance departments.

Experienced in SAP FI module.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.

Strong communication and follow up skills.

Team player, analytical, dynamic, result oriented and proactive, eager to learn profile.WHAT AWAITS YOU?Receiving invoices and registration in Eba system.

Requesting invoice approval from related departments through Eba system (SharePoint website where all invoices are registered and approved).

Monitoring approvals and posting initial record in SAP system after invoice approval.
