Accounts Assistant – 1–2 Years Experience (Sharjah)

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Assistant with 1–2 years of experience to support our daily accounting operations. Candidates with hands‑on exposure to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and VAT filing will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries for payables and receivables
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and credit notes
• Maintain ledgers and update financial records accurately
• Perform supplier, customer, and bank reconciliations
• Assist with VAT calculations, documentation, and return preparation
• Support month-end closing activities
• Maintain proper filing, documentation, and data entry
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for accounting matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Experience in AP, AR, and VAT is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
