Senior Accountant Audit

My client, a leading audit and accounting firm, based in Dublin are seeking to recruit an experienced Audit Senior.

The successful Audit Senior will be a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant with at least 3 years’ practice experience who is looking to step into an Audit Senior position within a progressive firm.

Responsibilities

• Audit assignments in a wide range of industries and markets.
• Assist with planning of audit, including staffing and deadlines
• Attend client audit planning and closing meetings
• Prepare financial statements and present high quality work papers
• Complete audit files; bring assignments to completion
• Assist with training of trainees

Requirements

• Part Qualified or Recently Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
• Strong Audit experience
• Strong technical ability
• Strong experience of accounts preparation
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential
• Capable of working on your own initiative and the ambition to develop a career in practice
