About the Opportunity We are partnering with a disruptive, high-growth technology organization in the Bay Area that is actively looking for a relentless Account Executive to join their closing team. In this role, you will be managing high-stakes sales cycles, navigating complex organizational structures, and pitching directly to C-level decision-makers. You won't just be handed a territory to maintain—you will be expected to hunt, negotiate, and dominate your market.

Key Responsibilities

• Command the entire complex sales cycle—from strategic outbound prospecting and discovery to rigorous negotiation and closing.
• Navigate the competitive Bay Area tech landscape to identify, engage, and convert high-value enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Build deep, consultative relationships with executive buyers by uncovering their most critical business bottlenecks and positioning our solution as the definitive answer.
• Partner fiercely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and RevOps to orchestrate multi-threaded deals and accelerate time-to-close.
• Maintain aggressive daily activity and pipeline accuracy within the CRM, treating your metrics like a scoreboard.
• Act as the voice of the market, bringing real-time competitive intelligence and product feedback back to leadership.

Qualifications

• Former college, professional, or Olympic athlete, or military veteran.
• Proven track record in a closing B2B sales role (SaaS or tech ecosystem experience is a massive plus).
• Unmatched resilience and competitive drive—you are not deterred by objections and know how to pivot under pressure.
• Highly coachable, process-oriented, and ready to execute a strategic playbook while bringing your own hustle.
• Exceptional executive presence; you are articulate, confident, and can command a room (or a Zoom call) with technical buyers and business leaders alike.
• Based in or willing to commute to the San Francisco Bay Area for a hybrid work model.
