Senior IT Manger - Digital Transformation and Business Systems - Manufacturing/Construction

Head of DIGITAL, DATA AND TECHNOLOGYDublin North (Hybrid) | PermanentWe're hiring a IT Lead / Snr Manager of Digital, Data and Technology for a market-leading construction / manufacturing company. You'll lead technology integration and data strategy across multiple business platforms, turning fragmented systems into a connected intelligence hub that drives profitability and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidates will have strong commercial business acumen and can help the leadership team answer some key business questions: Which products are most profitable? Which projects run over budget? Where are we losing efficiency?

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and Drive Digital Transformation, Technology roadmaps and Key Business platforms.
• Review As Is and connect fragmented business systems (purchasing/finance, design, scheduling, planning, infrastructure, security, cloud, data, etc)
• Design and implement data integration architecture so leadership can access real-time operational insights.
• Support key business platforms and drive digital transformation across the full product lifecycle (proposal to installation)
• Develop technology roadmap and business cases for strategic investments
• EXPERIENCE 10+ years in IT with 5+ years leading digital transformation, systems integration, or data/BI initiatives
• Background in manufacturing, construction, or multi-site operations management
• Proven experience in ERP implementation, business systems integration, or data platform design
• Technical fluency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), APIs, data consolidation, SQL, and BI tools
• Comfortable designing end-to-end business processes and translating operational challenges into technology solutions
• Strong commercial mindset
