Accountant cum Corporate Secretary (Listed Financial Institution)

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing.
• Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Annual Report.
• Support AGM planning, documentation and meeting arrangements.
• Coordinate Board and Board Committee meetings, including schedules, agendas and meeting materials.
• Upload and maintain Board papers and confidential documents on the Board portal.
• Track corporate governance, statutory and reporting deadlines.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Exposure to Annual Reports, AGMs, Board administration or corporate secretarial work is not a must, but an advantage
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders.
