Business Development Manager(Toronto/Vancouver)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing Canada team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding Soundbox’s presence in the construction, commercial interiors, and home furnishing markets.

You will identify new opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, and offer tailored acoustic and space-solution products that elevate modern work and living environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to propose professional, customized solutions.
• Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, designers, contractors, and end clients.
• Support project-based opportunities, including quoting, coordination, and follow-through to completion.

We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3+ year of sales experience in construction, commercial interiors, furniture, architectural products, or building materials.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with clients, designers, engineers, and contractors.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability.
• Experience with key account management or project-based selling is a plus, but not required.
