Hiring: Indoor Sales Executive – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive to join our team in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers while achieving sales goals.

Position: Indoor Sales Executive

Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Based on experience and interview performance, commission upon sales

Base salary - AED 800;

Commission rate - 3%;

AED 500 on each 50,000 sales

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and understand their requirements
• Promote company products and services to customers
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
• Handle customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Update sales records and prepare reports when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in indoor sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Positive, energetic, and target-oriented personality
