Guide patients regarding consultations, therapies, packages, and clinic procedures.

Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure smooth patient flow.

Handle billing, payments, invoices, and daily cash collections.

Maintain reception, waiting area, and patient records in an organized manner.

Follow up with patients for appointments, feedback, and treatment reviews.

Assist in promoting clinic services, wellness programs, and special offers.

Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain professional ethics at all times.

Support administrative and office coordination activities as required. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in reception, customer service in ayurveda clinic, wellness, spa, or hospitality sectors.

Excellent communication skillsFamiliarity with Ayurvedic principles and practices.

Professional appearance with a pleasant and welcoming personality.

Experience in a Ayurveda healthcare clinic or wellness center is preferred.
