Medical Receptionist/Front Desk

we are looking for a receptionist to manage the front desk on a daily basis tasks.

Responsibilities

1-Greeting and attending to patients in person and over the phone.

2-Managing the daily operations of the clinic reception area.

3-Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

4-Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring efficient utilization of clinic resources.

5-Explaining intake forms to new patients and processing payments after treatment.

6-Handle patient inquiries, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and procedures.

7-Maintaining patient records.

8-Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

9-Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.

10-Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report generation.

11-Professionally assisting doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Work Location: In person
