About the Role

We're seeking a commercially driven Business Development Director to lead strategic growth initiatives, develop high-value client relationships, and expand our presence across regional and international markets. This role is ideal for a consultative sales leader who excels at identifying opportunities, building trusted partnerships, and delivering sustainable business growth.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving new business acquisition, developing strategic accounts, and helping multinational organizations navigate complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth through proactive business development and strategic client acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
• Develop and execute account growth plans, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead complex commercial discussions and deliver tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and global teams to pursue and win multi-jurisdictional opportunities.
• Own pipeline development, sales forecasting, and achievement of revenue targets.
• Contribute to commercial strategy and identify opportunities to strengthen market presence and business performance.

Key Requirements

• Proven success in business development, commercial leadership, or strategic sales within a professional services, advisory, consulting, corporate services, accounting, tax, legal, or similar relationship-driven B2B environment.
• Strong track record of generating new business and growing strategic client relationships.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and deliver consultative, solution-led outcomes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in international or multi-market environments is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
