Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and steel structures. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth in the PEB sector across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in PEB, steel structures, and industrial construction projects
• Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners
• Generate leads through market research, networking, and industry contacts
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the estimation team
• Attend site visits, client meetings, and project discussions
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to meet sales targets
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams for smooth project execution
• Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain updated records of sales pipeline, client database, and project status
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming PEB projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Business Administration
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in PEB / structural steel / construction industry
• Strong knowledge of PEB systems, fabrication processes, and project lifecycle
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in industrial or construction sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand technical drawings and project specifications
• UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Familiarity with UAE market and project-based sales

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
