SALES MANAGER ( FOOD SERVICE & HORECA )

Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth and market share expansion across the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Catering companies, and Institutions) sector in Qatar.

Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, executive chefs, procurement managers, and F&B directors.

Strategy & Targets: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, gross margin goals, and revenue benchmarks.

Product Portfolio Management: Promote and expand the company’s portfolio of food service products (dry goods, frozen/chilled goods, specialty ingredients, etc.) into existing and new client menus/inventory.

Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging HoReCa concepts in Qatar to identify new business opportunities.

Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage product demand forecasting, stock planning in coordination with supply chain/warehouse teams, and ensure optimal stock availability.

Credit & Debt Management: Oversee client payment terms, ensure timely collection of receivables, and manage credit risk in alignment with company finance policies.

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor sales executives/representatives to perform at high levels and meet individual targets. Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of proven sales experience in the Food Service / HoReCa industry specifically within Qatar.

Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Qatari F&B market dynamics, local regulations (MOPH, Municipality guidelines), and established network of contacts within hotels, catering companies, and restaurant groups.

• Strong negotiation, consultative selling, contract closing, and presentation skills.
• Driving License: Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality/F&B Management, Marketing, or a related field.
