Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager to become part of our Regional Brand team located in the Dubai talabat office. This role is pivotal in bringing to life the brand identity & vision and in building brand love for talabat across our 8 markets and amongst our employees, vendors and customers. You will help in guiding and shaping initiatives for these main stakeholders from a brand perspective.

You will deep dive into our brand love audience and ensure our brand communications and activations are well catered to them. Have your passport ready, travel to our markets is certainly on the menu.

What's on your plate?

Build and own a brand platform; develop a unifying creative idea and occasion-led operating system that every campaign, partnership, and channel expression is built around.

Drive brand presence on emerging and high-impact channels; establish talabat's presence on emerging and high-impact channels and develop a repeatable test-and-learn model for owned social that builds brand love and engagement beyond promotional content.

Own the regional partnership and sponsorship pipeline; proactively scan culture, score opportunities against brand identity and audience fit, and drive partnerships that build regional brand equity, not just commercial deals.

Connect brand investment to commercial outcomes; co-develop the brand-to-performance consumer journey with cross-functional teams, ensuring upper-funnel brand work is measurably linked to conversion.

Develop AI-powered brand tools and intelligence; build or commission AI-assisted systems that give markets and agencies instant access to brand guidelines, precedents, and asset governance, improving brand consistency at scale.

Champion AI as a working practice; continuously embed AI tools into team workflows to sharpen processes, manage capacity more effectively, and amplify the quality and pace of output.

Evolve how strategy reaches our markets; transform brand guidance into interactive, searchable, decision-ready tools that empower markets to execute with speed and consistency.

Prioritise for strategic impact; maintain a clear model for evaluating incoming work, ensuring the team's energy is directed toward the initiatives that move the brand forward most.

Maintain visibility across market-level brand activity; build a lightweight system for monitoring our brand across markets, enabling shared learnings and coordinated planning across the region.

Deliver across a complex, high-ambition portfolio; lead multiple long-horizon initiatives simultaneously, maintaining quality and momentum in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• You have 8 years’ experience in brand marketing
• You have experience with a number of categories and industries You are highly creative and change excites you You are a strong visual communicator You use AI as a daily force multiplier — augmenting your thinking rather than replacing it, and elevating the depth and pace of your output
• You are a complex problem solver who can define, assess, solve, and communicate effectively in a clear and concise fashion
• You are a collaborative team player, with experience with working with teams in a matrix organization, located in the different locations while predominantly communicating virtually You are excellent in relationship and stakeholder management You are a persuasive and confident communicator - both written and verbal
• You have worked within an agency background (desirable to have)
• You are fluent in English and preferably Arabic
