Creator Growth Manager (Bay Area)

At rednote, we're building the next generation of global creator communities. We're looking for a Creator Growth & Community Manager who can drive creator acquisition, activation, and retention through scalable community programs, growth initiatives, and high-impact creator experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead creator growth initiatives across key international markets, driving creator acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention
• Design and execute scalable community programs, including creator meetups, ambassador programs, campus programs, creator summits, and referral initiatives
• Build and nurture relationships with creators across different verticals, helping them succeed and grow on the platform
• Partner closely with Product, Growth, Content, and Partnerships teams to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable programs
• Develop community growth strategies that strengthen creator belonging, increase content creation, and foster sustainable ecosystem growth
• Analyze program performance and creator behavior to optimize growth funnels, engagement, and retention metrics
• Identify and experiment with new organic growth channels, community-led growth models, and creator advocacy programs
• Build scalable operational frameworks and playbooks that can be replicated across markets

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Growth, Community, Creator Partnerships, Creator Operations, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, social platforms, online communities, and user growth dynamics
• Experience designing and scaling community programs, creator initiatives, ambassador programs, or creator-focused events
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to inform strategy and measure success
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Highly entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience at a social platform, creator economy company, community-driven product, or consumer internet company.
• Experience with creator growth, referral programs, community-led growth, or ambassador networks.
• Existing relationships with creator communities, universities, student organizations, or local communities.

Why This Role

• This is not a traditional events role. We are looking for someone who sees community as a growth engine and can turn creator relationships, community programs, and local initiatives into scalable organic growth. You will play a key role in shaping how creators discover, engage with, and grow on rednote globally.

• Locations: Bay Area (3+ days / week in office policy)
• Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position is $110000 - $230000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive equity package (RSUs), an annual performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
