Human Resources Manager and Recruiting Manager (2 openings)

Company Description Green Circuits is a full-service Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) partner supporting leading OEMs with high-quality design, rapid prototyping, and full-scale production of printed circuit boards and complex systems.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Jose, CA, with two openings for Human Resources Manager and Recruiting Manager positions. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, support performance management, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards.

The Recruiting Manager will lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and improve recruitment processes.

Both roles will collaborate to strengthen company culture, manage HR documentation and systems, support training and development initiatives, and provide guidance to leadership on HR and talent-related matters. Daily activities include working closely with employees and management, analyzing HR metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR and recruiting practices.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing core HR functions and supporting organizational goals.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and practices, including developing, implementing, and maintaining compliant and effective HR guidelines and procedures.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, coaching, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, HRIS systems, and standard HR documentation and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
