Job Description

Manage day-to-day office administration, ensuring smooth operation of the workplace, office facilities, supplies, catering services, and vendor coordination. Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, emails, courier deliveries, and general office correspondence while providing professional front desk support.

Coordinate internal travel arrangements through the company's flight booking platform Organize office events, seasonal decorations, employee engagement activities, and support office relocation or workspace setup projects when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in Front Office Admin tasks - office facilities, vendors, office supplies, catering, and general administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural, vocal, and young team environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
